Cancellation Policies
We understand plans can change — here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Bookings
To confirm your booking, we charge a 50% deposit or full payment for one-night stays. The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations
- 60+ days before: Full refund minus 5% admin fee
- 45–60 days before: Refund minus one night’s stay
- Less than 45 days: No refund
Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable
